No Party & No Excessive Noise Policy

Our intent as an accommodation provider, is for all our guests to enjoy the comfort and facilities we offer.

Our "No Party & No Excessive Noise" Policy, Any Person(s) found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their apartment or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests, will be evicted without refund.

Any  damage will be charged to the guest. Newcastle Executive Apartments reserves the right to evict any guest or visitor. Guests are warned Eviction may take place due to Intoxication, destructive behavior, assault towards staff, residents or other guests, damage to Newcastle Executive Apartments property,

Any incident for which the police need to be called on to the premises & excessive noise (music or other noise).
